Welcome to the site, a collection of talks and resources relating to the image and perception of librarians in the Internet age. Past talks, recent columns, and articles of interest from around the world are collected here... if you've seen such a thing and it's not here, let me know!
You Don't Look Like a Librarian! Shattering Stereotypes and Building Positive New Images in the Internet Age is now available for order from Information Today. The companion web site is also available.
Thank You to everyone who came to the book signing at SLA!
There is a supplementary blog to this site called "Random Musings from the Desert". Please check it out for the latest news on librarians in popular culture, plus (as the title says!) whatever random musings cross my mind about librarianship, work, and life.
